Gerson’s story has touched so many hearts, but he’s not the only boy who needs help. These are the boys I personally know and am actively working with today. I know there are more kids here in similar situations, but these are the ones I’ve built relationships with and am walking alongside right now. Each one has a story, and each one deserves a chance at a different life.

Gerson
Gerson’s story is where this all began. At just 12 years old, he had been living on the streets for years. Today, after months in rehab, he’s smiling, healthy, and back in school.

Darwin
Darwin is Gerson’s older brother, 14 years old, and has lived the same hard story. He’s skeptical and scared about moving into rehab, but we’ve built a strong relationship and he knows I won’t give up on him.

Manuel
Manuel is 15 and wrote his own heartfelt plea asking for a chance at a different life. He knows that if he stays on the streets, things will only get worse. He wants help and he’s asking for it.

Samuel
Samuel is 17 and is sadly infamous around town for stealing. He knows he needs a change, and he’s ready for it. He and his mom have already signed the paperwork for rehab and we just need the funds to get him there.

Ismael
Ismael is 16. He is shy and respectful. He found me on the street and asked if I was Michael and if I could help him get to rehab. We are still in the early stages of his process. We have a lawyer tracking down his birth certificate, his parents, and we will learn more about his story. He has an older brother who is in prison for armed robbery for four years. Ismael wants a different path.
How You Can Help
When you look at Gerson’s before-and-after photos, you can see the transformation. His hope restored in his face, health returning, and a future opening up. For Darwin, Manuel, Samuel, and Ismael, their “after” photo is still blank.
Your support helps make those future photos possible. It pays for rehab, meals, medical care, school, and the steady presence these boys need to believe change is possible.
Imagine what their “after” pictures could look like and help make it real.
