Project Gerson is a Texas nonprofit corporation. We have filed for recognition as a 501(c)(3) public charity with the IRS.

Once approved, our tax-exempt status will be retroactive to September 19, 2025 (our date of incorporation), so all gifts made from that date forward will be tax-deductible.
