Our Commitment to Transparency

At Project Gerson, transparency is not something we provide only when someone asks. It is part of how we believe an organization should operate.

We want the people who support, study, participate in, and question our work to be able to understand how we use resources, how our programs operate, what results we are seeing, and what we are learning along the way. That includes the successes, the failures, and the things we are still trying to understand.

We also believe transparency should be useful, not performative. Whenever possible, we make information available in a way that allows others to examine the underlying record rather than relying only on our interpretation of it.

Our commitment to openness is balanced by an equally important responsibility to protect the privacy, dignity, and safety of the children, families, staff, volunteers, and partners connected to our work.
